the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had a side sea view room and it was large. i appreciated the powerful new shower. i was upgraded, a nice surprise.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they provided a breakfast bag with fruit etc. and a discount at the breakfast across the road, very nice.

i was disappointed since the room was quite dated. the shower wasn't great and the curtains didn't cover the windows properly. the key on a massive block of wood was a pain.

the bar wasn't open at all. the pool table needed repair. my room and the shower were very small! the drain couldn't cope with the water volume, so the tray filled up quickly. i had to turn the shower off and wait for it to drain. apply, twice.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay! I appreciated the early check-in they allowed. The sea view from my Single Sea View was lovely and the room felt spacious with a high ceiling. I also slept well. It was really quiet.
